Fitness Joq builds local excitement and interest in parks and recreational centers. We are a Non profit 501C3 with a mission to educate people on the importance of the achievement and maintenance of a healthy body weight through the adoption of increased physical activity and healthy eating. Our Programs include camping , gardening, meditation, meal planning, exercise regimens, cooking demonstrations, individualized recipes, grocery shopping visits and more.
